I have been using it on my hair for over a year and my hair is a lot thicker. It has to be from the soap. I think it is just simply cleansing my hair follicle. I sent some home with my brother today to see how it works on his hair. It doesn't work over night but after a couple of months I really started to noticed a difference.
By the way isn't my SHY nephew adorable? I did not ask him for the monster face, it was his idea.
