Drama

I can not stand drama in my personal life.  so why do I attract it?  I think I have that solved.  It is because I leave the problem or drama alone thinking it will burn out.  Well it only ignites the flame even more by thinking it will burn out.  So what to do.  Tackle it in the beginning in the smoke stage right before the fire and flames start.  It is over with and the drama moves on to someone else.  Do not and I mean do not have or speak to the drama person at all other than a polite hello.  Continue walking even if they try to start a conversation.  Walk on and move on. 

Why a label does not determine who you are

I was just talking to a friend and she mentioned that she was trying to figure out who she is or what "label" she could place on herself.  My question was why?  You are made of 1,000,000 of different cells so how can one label describe you?  Think about it.  Your hair, finger nails and even teeth have keratin in them but yet your hair and finger nails are so different but are also a part of you.  You are unique.  You are not generic.  Please allow yourself to be you and be the best you, you can be.  Stop the labeling
